Client – Horse Health Provide complete electrical design and build services to a 20,000 sqft warehouse facility consisting of office, showroom and warehouse facilities. Our scope included site temporary supplies, main switchgear, containment, power, lighting, heating, Intruder alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Structured Cabling, WIFI and External Floodlighting.  

Client – Bouygues Construction Design and Build contract to provide electrical services to a new Innovation Centre. This centre consists of industrial units and office areas within one building which can be leased individually by small businesses whilst being provided with common facilities such as reception, meeting rooms etc. The project involved production of electrical designs and construction drawings to meet a Clients performance specification. The project required BREEAM approval. Our scope included main switchgear, containment, power, lighting and controls, fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, structured cabling and lightning protection.
