Project Wellesley
Client – Caledonian Modular This project supplies single living accommodation (SLA) for students and staff at the new Defence College of Logistics, Policing & Administration at Worthy Down in Hampshire. The single living accommodation, which provides 352 rooms divided into three blocks, is to be delivered across two phases of work on the site at Worthy Down. It also includes the manufacture and installation of a packaged plant module to serve all three blocks. The buildings were manufactured in modules in the Caledonian factory in Nottinghamshire and are delivered more than 90% complete, minimising works required on site. Our scope includes design, main switchgear and submains, containment, power, lighting, emergency lighting, structured cabling, fire alarm, TV systems and lightning protection.

Client – Bouygues Construction Design and Build contract to provide electrical services to a new Innovation Centre. This centre consists of industrial units and office areas within one building which can be leased individually by small businesses whilst being provided with common facilities such as reception, meeting rooms etc. The project involved production of electrical designs and construction drawings to meet a Clients performance specification. The project required BREEAM approval. Our scope included main switchgear, containment, power, lighting and controls, fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, structured cabling and lightning protection.
